which video tapes the police in an attempt to stop police brutality and misconduct.
Cops behave a lot better when they know they are being video taped.

Mike is a UNIX and LINUX geek and currently does most of his programming in PERL, PHP, C, Unix shells (BASH and KORN), AWK, SED and SQL and a few other languages along with HTML and CSS and JavaScript. In the past Mike did most of his programming on IBM, Univac and UNIX mainframe computers and wrote computer programs in C, REXX, CLISTS, SQL, ISPF Dialog Manager, Fortran, Cobol, IBM 370 assembly language and Univac 1100 assembly language. Mike has also written software for embedded systems, which is where software is written and burned into an EPROM chip and used to control machines. Much of Mike's work has been writing software to control robots and automatic test equipment used to manufacture and test electronics equipment. Mike also has made and produced a few TV shows for NORML and the Libertarian Party. This was at ACCESS Tucson which is a public access TV stations that allows anyone to make TV shows.

There is a guy named David Dorn who runs an insurance company in Scottsdale called Dorn Agency. About 10 years ago on October 7, 2001 Mike discovered that David Dorn had been spreading lies about mike telling people something to the effect that Mike is a government snitch. David Dorn has never been kind enough to tell Mike exactly what he is accusing him of. You would figure that if David Dorn is a Libertarian like he claims to be he would take responsibility for his actions and tell Mike exactly what he is accusing him of. But it has been 10 year and the clock is still ticking and David Dorn hasn't stepped up yet to tell Mike what the lies are. Needless to say Mike is very angry! How can you possible defend your self against lies when you don't even know what they are. Mike has always said that David Dorn is a liar, slander and hate monger. But sadly David Dorn won't even fess up to what he is telling people about Mike, which means Mike can't defend himself against these lies. Mike takes the Bill of Rights seriously and always expects the police to honor his 4th and 5th Amendment rights. Mike has sued a number of cops in Federal Court for civil rights violations when they illegally searched him or refused to honor his 5th Amendment right of having a lawyer present during questioning. The list includes James Jandreau, Robert Mitchell, Jon Doran and another soon to be named cop of the Tempe Police Department, Steve Corich, Lynn Bray of the Mesa Community College Police Department, Jason Behnke and Sgt. Aaron Spicer of the Mesa Police Department and Randall Carney of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department who arrested me on Friday, April 18, 2008 at about 1:00 p.m email shinititle@yahoo.com DPS cop and last but not least bicycle cop Larry Fuchtman of the ASU Police Department. And two really bad Scottsdale Police Officers.
